Reiki Courses
To learn Reiki is to awaken spiritually. Reiki will take you on a journey of holistic healing, where change will happen on all levels – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
If you are feeling stuck or out of sync, Reiki can help return your life to harmony, where you can once again reconnect and align with your highest self.
We teach from our western Reiki lineage, it’s teaching originating from Mikao Usui. Learning Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki will give you a balance view of the Reiki system. In order to understand Reiki, it is important to gain experience and use the energy regularly and practically.
For this reason our Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 courses run over two days respectively. We make sure that Reiki theory, history and philosophy is understood and allow sufficient time to practice what has been learnt and encourage students to ask questions. This will empower you to confidently practice Reiki.

Reiki level 1 will allow you to self-heal, so that on a daily basis you can balance your body, mind and soul and heal any physical problems/conditions or emotional traumas that need addressing. A Reiki course will empower you to take control of your own health and well-being, as well as practice on family and friends.

This 2 day course which introduces you to the system of Reiki. Through 4 attunements you will open energetically and feel the flow/connection to Universal energy. Reiki level 1 focuses on self-healing, personal development and sharing Reiki with family and friends.

What is the course about
A 2 day course that deepens your connection and application of Reiki. This course introduces and attunes you to 3 of the 4 Reiki symbols – the distance symbol can be used to send Reiki to a person across space and time – you can literally send Universal energy anywhere in the world. Use of the symbols will also aid your personal development and take you further on your spiritual path. Level 2 is also known as the Practitioner level and enables you to open your own Reiki practice and give professional treatments as well as volunteering within many charities and hospices.
